This 30 minute session involves mental, spiritual and physical awareness. Mindful meditation enables one to be present in a sense of being, rather than doing. Throughout this session you will practice effective breathing, mental imagery, awareness and relaxation.
Being mindful teaches one to slow the mind, let go of negativity as well as mental and spiritual baggage. The practice of mindfulness meditation calms the mind, body, and spirit.
