Mommy and Me Meditation is an excellent way to incorporate mindfulness into the family dynamics. Mindfulness Meditation is an exceptional way to help children identify and regulate emotions. Practicing mindfulness with your child(ren) can create an unbreakable bond as well as help mommies and their children see things from a deeper perspective, and practice gratitude. The goal of Mommy and Me Meditation is to create a way for mothers to connect with their children on a deeper level while teaching children to experience the gift of gratitude and being present. This course consists of four, sixty-minute sessions.
