Youth Mindfulness Meditation fosters humanity, gratitude, compassion, as well as emotional intelligence in children. Our mission is to introduce the many benefits of meditation into the lives of the youth within our community and beyond. Through regular meditation practice children will experience a reduction in stress, anxiety and depression. With a clearer mind and spirit an improvement of grades, studies, and performance on standardized tests. Positive changes in the brain protect against mental illness and aid in healthy emotions as well as compassion along with the ability to connect with empathy and intellect.
The Youth Mindfulness Meditation Course consists of six, ninety-minute sessions.
